doing a #forearmstand by the #pool 💪 some tips: 1⃣work on your core muscles first (you need some abs to balance upside down) 2⃣breathe! it’s so tempting to hold your breath in this pose— don’t! 3⃣lift out of your shoulders instead of sinking in! 4⃣move slowly into the pose. you don’t find balance by kicking up fast! ✌️
